Aircel 3G Data Problems Bhubaneswar

I am a 3G data subscriber of Aircel with connection no: 8908233437. The plan is 601 with 6GB data. But since last 4 weeks I am not getting any data from 10am to 7pm in night. I contacted the technical section…they just mentioned that they have nothing to do since it is due to over congestion only. As per the regulation of trai the minimum speed for 3G wireless is 1Mbps. But I am getting nothing. That means Aircel is totally failed to cater its minimum service to its customers. So it is a kind of cheating indirectly. If they cannot provide the minimum service they should make it clearly visible before its customers. What is the necessity to harass the customers in such a way?

I am suffering badly from poor communication which is affecting my many activities out of which trading is most important. Indirectly it is helping me to loose many good opportunities in trading world which is true from monitory point of view. Can Aircel compensate that loss?

I want Aircel authority should resolve this issue at the earliest.
