I purchased a post sim in 2015 and surrendered that sim at Idea Cellular office in bikaner to Jugal(idea representative) in april 2016 by paying then bill amount. yet sim was not deactivated and they use sim for next few month and now asking for payment of bill.

Idea representative called to my relatives and friend whose number was saved in that sim. This caused great damage to my reputation among them. it was like mental harassment for me as they are calling my family member and threatening them.

I want strict action against those threatening my relatives and my family member. and also as I have already paid due till I use sim so I want those excessive charges to be waived. And penalty to idea for misbehaving and mental harassment.
