I am using an idea number and they are regularly taking away balance from my phone without any service request. And while I called the customer they do not entertain any calls and keep on disconnecting the calls. I have to talked to seniors on the floor and while they have no solution for the problem they say that they are not able to listen to me and disconnect the phone everytime. This is not the first time it is happening every month and I am pissed off with this service. While I have the DND activated on my number why am I getting the promotional calls.

All my money deducted should be refunded back
