I have a tatasky connection subscriber id 1093605689 which I recharged on 07/03/14 for the amount of Rs. 1600 suddenly my connection stopped working on 26th July and again I recharge my connection on 27/07/14 for the amount of Rs.1600 but my connection stopped on 13/09/14 although the pack running was Supreme Sports Kids. This time I called to the customer care to know the reason about deactivation of the pack, I surprised by hearing the answer given by tat sky executive he said that “ the dealer/retailer has taken the refund of Rs. 1600 from your account on 25th July 2014 which was recharged on 07th march 2014 means around 5 months after recharge. Also we do not confirm to the customer about any refund claimed by retailer/dealer. I asked them about the retailer identity but they refused to give any information about him and said “we have our internal transaction ID and receipt number, but we cannot tell you anything about the person who has claimed refund from your account”. I as a customer feel that there is something between the tatasky and the retailer. Please help …….. Thanks Dharmendra-9322480xxx
cancellation of wrong refund done by tatasky along with apology also they should confirm the customer before any such refund and the refund should be given in maximum of 7 days.
