On 7may I act 2552g plan but on my location my net speed gets slow but at other location net works at good speed. For this issue I call to 198 talk with idea executive but he is not able to resolve my query so that he forward call to senior executive . He is not also able to resolve the issue and start talking with attitude . I call at 10:45pm approx After that I go to sleep . But at 11:36pm some one act 13 rs pack on my no so that my net pack collapsed and my 255plan gets deactivated. I am ex employee of vodafone and from last 8-9yrs I am using net . So that I have knowledge that 2plans never works at a time . Then why I act the plan if I have 255 unlimited plan. i think that the executive with i talk act the plan. My no is..9992318xxx
