Makemytrip – Debited Twice – No Customer Care

Refund not received even after a month for charged 2 times INR 5606 for same ticket Dear Sir / Madam, We have booked on 5 April the e-tkt MMT ID 2203143625445, the bank passbook entry posting clearly shows debit of INR 5606 twice with different Makemytrip transaction ID as below. 06-04-2015 MEDR/MAKEMYTRIP ( /996495/ 5606 06-04-2015 MEDR/MAKEMYTRIP ( /998748/ 5606 Also we have received 2 SMS from BOI regarding debit of INR 5606; debit dated 5 April at times 11:23:10 and 11:24:21, ie 2 times. We already bring to the notice of MMT soon after by email but so far we have not received our money that was overcharged, very genuine and clear case you can understand. We are Senior Citizens and getting no justice at MMT by not getting our refund money in time. Please look into this, very genuine and clear case and help us to get our money.
