Bajaj Finserv – Hidden Internal Rate Interest charged

I have taken a loan from bajaj 2years and 2 months back. Amount was 91000 and rate of interest was 20.99%. But from last 26 months I am paying the EMI at 35% rate of interest which I have recently realized. Please find below the details. My loan account number 5820PL00014189. I am running this cross sell personal loan since April 2013. Kindly find below the loan details, Loan account number : 5820PL00014189 Loan amount : 91000/- Tenure : 36 Months EMI start date : 05/04/2013 (Already paid 25 EMIs) Rate of Interest : 20.99 % EMI amount : 4120/- I have taken the above loan of Rs.91000/- at a interest rate of 20.99% and till date I have already paid 26 EMIs, i.e. Rs.1,07,120 (4120*25) till now and I am remaining with 10 more EMIs. When I have calculated with your bajaj finserv loan calculator I found that the EMI for an amount of 91000 for 36 months tenure with 20.99% interest rate is Rs.3395/- instead of Rs.4120/-. But I am paying 4120 since beginning. Recently I have realized that instead of 20.99% they are charging 35% ROI. When I have inquired the same they are saying that it is Internal Rate of Interest. I am helpless now. Please help me out. I am attaching the supportive documents that shows everything. Please help Madhuri Dutta M:999961xxxx
