I have purchased Fab Home Carolina Dining Table With Six Chairs(FA402FU85BOWINDFUR-43673) order no 209456492 in OCT 2014 and the product was under one year warranty.In March 2015 found that the product has some issue with it. Registered a complain and after following up at least 50 times finally the technician came to visit in April end.He confirmed that the quality of product is not up to the mark and he only raised a request for replacement. I again have followed up at least 50 times and conveyed the Fabfurnish team proactively that I would be available before 10 AM or after 7 PM during weekdays and hence they promised me to deliver the product on weekend. I have wasted first two weekend of MAY due to the same. On daily basis I started getting call from Customer care that product will be delivered tomorrow. At last they fixed a deadline as 17th May 2015. they again failed to deliver. Now they are blaming me as I am not available during weekdays and denying for refunding money.

Since the quality of product is not worthy and up to the mark and I am getting this kind of service during warranty period(have to suffer more than 2 months and product still not delivered)I want my money back and the product picked from my house.
