I ordered Intex W150D ADSL wifi modem to Rediff Online shopping by Order No-11576674 Dt.12.05.15. The same product received to my home by Velocity Courier No-22749337. The product received to my home on Dt. 16.05.15 through Cash On Deliver Option. After opening box, i found product supplied by seller Bansal Comuter is not brand new, it is used. Also Sr. No. on product erased by marker pen and not matched with item box Sr. No. Also Sr. No. not mentioned in Invoice(without tax paid). Product not working properly and Yr.Of Mfg-2012(out of warrenty).

Die to received used, out of warrenty product I am not able to start my broadband connection for my bussiness timely, due to which I barred Rs. 500 loss per day since last 3-days. Rediff and Bandal Computer(Supplier) not agree to replace or refund my order amount Rs-987 at my home as i purchase item as COD, and say to send item to supplier and tjen replace or refund procedure done within week time. But this condition not economically barred by me for week for my business as i required the item compulsory.
