Services to my mobile number 7840003xxx(Idea- Delhi/NCR Area) were stopped without information and the sim was got issued by someone mischievously and that person might have made calls from my post paid number which might be illegal, When I came to know it , I requested to stop services on that number and activate the services on my existing sim. I was told that it will be done. I was out of town for few days, Now I have come to know that the number has been disconnected and will be activated by paying again documents and Rs. 300 charges. Why should I pay for mistake of Idea Company? Already I am wasting so much of my precious time for the company’s stupidity. I want to get my number 7840003xxx activated at earliest and if any new sim is required to be issued for the same , it should be provided without any new formally and charges at my place. I have suffered a lot for all this.
