The MTNL Telecomm company had activated ASTRO service which i didn’t subscribe. I had tried 2 times to deactivate that service through there SMS procedure but it automatically get renewed every week.This has cost around 7 rupees per week. When i tried to register a complaint through 1503 customer care number they deactivated the service but didn’t provide me refund.I had clearly told the customer care executive to deactivate the service and also provide me refund but the y comply my refund request

The service get renewed automatically and had cost me 7 rupees per week.
