Idea – twice balance deducted

I had activated a special internet package on my cellphone(9992188233) on 5/08/13 for Rs 13. But my account was debited 2 times for Rs 13.I tried to contact customer care but they refused to credit the balance.

Although economic damage was not that severe. But i was continuously harassed by customer care as they i contacted them atleast 15 times. They didn’t pick up the phone. When i finally talked to them they refused to reimburse the balance.

A lot of people are facing the problem but they are not registering the compliant because of small amount of money involved.so Severe action should be taken against the Cellular operator. Customer care services should be improved a lot.
