Dear Sir I have a policy from M/S Apollo Munich Health Insurance Company Ltd as per following details and I am undergoing treatment Claim Under Policy No. 110600/11119/6000073473 with Card No. 10005021599 Name of Insured Yashinder Pal Singh Name of the Insured Person; Yashinder Pal Singh Claimed Amount 45412 Claimed For HCV+ve on (viral therapy). Hospital Name Deepak Hospital Multi And Super Speciality Centre ClaimID 128526 But the company is refusing to give me my claim under this policy, Now it is impossible for me to continue my treatment as it is very costly. I have photocopy of all the documents submitted to the company for claim. Its just harassment to me as I am already suffering from the disease.
