Micromax A90S Mobile – faulty product

I had bought Micromax A90S Mobile on 02/03/2013 from local shop & is under one year warranty. Sr. No. 911242350395477

On 13th August 2013, Screen display went blank. I went to service center. After waiting for more than 2 hours I got reply that its repaired earlier, which I had not done. If a product under warranty than how come person try to repair outside. May be the circuit faulty from prior to purchase or due to hot / moist condition it got damaged.

I need the Mobile to repair/replace under warranty.
