I have an internet plan of 1 GB free usage. 25th of every month was my billing date. But on 27th Feb I have received a message from Idea that I have used more than 600 MB as on 26th Feb (in one day I have used 600 MB). But as per my mobile data usage. It shows it is less than 30 MB. same day I complaint them and they ensured me they will fix it in bill. I used to get the message there after everyday usage inclusive of miscalculated 600MB. Unfortunately I have got a bill with this extra 600MB and I am forced to pay extra 138 Rs. I am in continuous call with them and getting no proper response. Not getting any call back
I dont want any other money, I just want to get Rs 138 and late fee waiver since I am late in paying bill due to waiting for this to be fixed.
