I have bought Micromax A77 mobile from Homeshop18.com on 11/01/2014, vied order no – 937236849 & sub order no – 7024411567. i got the mobile but there is some features is not working on it, so i ave gone to Micromax services center for repair, they will say you have to keep there for 7 days & they will repair and inform me. but till now (12/04/2014)the Mcromax services center, Lajpat nagar, new delhi is not response & harassed me this during period. so please help me out of this as soon as possible.

I need a new mobile Micromax A77 or my money back.i have attached the invoice.
