I have purchased a IFB washing machine model AW60-205T ON 2nd FEB ’14. The product is still under warranty. Last week while washing clothes my wife noticed burning smell from the washing machine. We made a compliant on 22nd April, complaint no : 12816370. The SLA for the complaint was 48 hrs, it has been 8 days and no one has attended to the complaint. We have made several calls to the call centre but everyday get a reply that someone would visit today but that never happens. Seriously fed up with the product and the after sales service.

I want the machine to be changed.
