Reliance Tele – network has been down poor response

It has been approximately 3 weeks since the network has been down. It has happened before but for shorter periods. Now, for the past few weeks, I have not geen getting any 3G internet speed as promised by the brand. And the network has been next to minimal. I have complained to customer care and they had given me a 3-day period to resolve the issue. And then after 3 days, they called and said it will take time and have asked for more time. Including this year and the next, the loss which i have incurred in business is expected to be Rs 35,000 and Rs 2,000 for the current financial damage. I wish to receive at the minimum of Rs 35,000 with no chance of any deduction. Otherwise I shall further look to file a complaint in person with the district/high courts
