I purchased IFB DIGITAL SX 6KG washing machine from TARANG ELECTRONICS, RATANADA, JODHPUR, RAJASTHAN through CSD canteen area depot Jaipur. The details of Machine are as follows: (1) Date of purchase – 28.02.2013 (2) Model –Digital SX -6Kg (3) Serial No.-WTDIGSXB000072111115010907 (4) Invoice No.- OR131114067 dated 28.02.2012 (5) Amount – Rs. 22019.00/- (6) Date of installation: 29.08.2012. (7) Place of installation: Hardwar (Uttarakhand) (8) Period of warranty: 28.02.2012 to 27.02.2016 Since installation Machine is having problem of cutting and burning cloths. I have lodged many complaints. Service person has replaced many parts but of no use as problem still persist. Area manager Mr. Deepak Bist also visited the Machine; he says this is the unique problem.
