I receive calls frm HDFC even after telling them that i am registered for DND, I am not a customer of HDFC any more as I have closed my Car Loan 6 months back. I have already written email to OMBUDSMAN person for Mumbai branch however they say that they can guarantee calls from outside on behalf of bank though they do circulate the details that time they don’t think abut it!

I dont want them to call me for anything. If I need to know anything I have their numbers & I am capable of going to the nearest branch & get the details.
