I have Booked a ticket from REDBUS online service on 28.12.2013 (bangalore madiwala to coimbatore)(booked number:9655557736)(PNR Number:OL013121536)(TIN Number:TFDQ83755737)(Seat Number:23W)(Dep time:1.30PM)(Travels:Hindustan travels) Due to person reasons i was not able to travel on the same day so i like to cancel the ticket on 29.12.2013 at 11.00AM but while i try to cancel the ticket in redbus portal with pnr number,it shows invalid pnr number. while i enquired in redbus customer care they said that for refund from the journey time to before 3hr i should cancelled,now the cancellation time is exceed so you cant canell the ticket and no amount will be refunded like that they have said.i was very much depressed Totally Rs535 they have charged me for booking the ticket atleast half the ticket amount they should refund

I need the refund of Rs535 from redbus operator and i like to file a case againt RedBus operator service for this worst service
