I have not activated any VAS services(number:8088552791), But on 24-12-2013 they have charged Rs49 for (VAS TechzoneSMS) Totally Rs49 they have charged me without activating the particular service. (27-12-2013)i have call to customer care(Customer care person name:shilpa CS )(Relicance gsm) and ask to refund Rs49, they are saying that we have information for last 3 days only in our system so we cant able to refund your amount and i said that i have sms proofs that have been charged . They are not ready to refund after 3 days from the current date even though we have Proofs like sms. I like to register a compliant againt them for this issue. If they charge for entire customer like this. its a huge gain for them and cheating the public Without customer permission they are activating some services and charging for the same.

I need a Refund of Rs49 and i like file a Strong case against Reliance GSM for this cheating issue
