WisdomJobs.com – poor service refund my money

Dear Sir/Madam, On November 19, 2013 I had registered with WisdomJobs.com by paying approx INR 1,500. During the registration they told me every week they will 100% forward my resume to the companies having vacancies as well as send me weekly report of the Resume Forward Service. But till date (December 30, 2013), every weekend i.e. on every Saturday I got one same email statistics: # We are pleased to inform you that, we don’t have enough jobs to send this week on your skills. # We will forward your profile details to multiple avenues and send jobs next week if we receive any matching jobs on your skillset “Software Analyst”. After waiting for 1 month, I started calling them at their customer care number – 1800 420 2222; but no one picked my call. So I called the person named as GuruPrasad (E-Mail- guruprasad.mishra@wisdomjobs.com and Phone- 040-66282223) who helped me to register for this website to ask that what is the problem, he replied he will reply me back rather tell me via phone so I told him, I do not require any of the services, rather return back my money as they have not done anything till date. So he replied very arrogantly that he will not refund by any cost and I can do whatever I can. So after getting insulted in this manner and harsh reply from the Wisdomjobs.com; I am hereby writing a complaint to you. Hope I will get a proper resolution from your side, as I have done a research for this website and found that this website has done lots of fraudulent cases similar to myself. Please, I beg you all take a strict action against this website and please help me to get my money back as I earn my money by hardship not by any fraudulent method. Hope to hear from you soon.
