I had raised a complaint earlier and my complaint ID is 49933/2/2012. The mechanic from Magic Services attended to my washing machine but after 10 days the machine has stopped working again.

Poor service has resulted in damage to the machine.

I would like to have refund of the amount paid against AMC for my machine. The amount paid was Rs.2472 vide AMC invoive (Book no. 244)(Serial no.12178) dated 19/08/2012.
