we have a Microwave of IFB (model no. 305c-3, and Sr. No. 000714) for which we got did an annual maintenance contract for the period 20/04/2014-19/04/2017. currently my microwave is having some problem with buer and timer for which we registered a complaint with Ticket No.18154724. we were assigned a technician named Mr. Sher Singh. Earlier he did not respond to our phone calls. Later he asked for the complaint no and product serial no. and we got a message that our complaint is resolved. Now if we try to contact him, he speaks very rudely using vulgar language to my parents. we made his complaint to his senior named Mr. Sankalp but he is also not helping.

I just want it repaired to be in a working condition and i want strict action against Mr. Sher Singh who has been rudely dealing with my old age parents at home.
