IFB – Non Working and harassment for dishwasher

Sir/Madam I am Inderjeet Kaur. I bought an IFB dishwasher on 3/6/13 from Reliance Digital retail Limited , Shipra Mall FOR 30,000. I spent 10,000 extra on installation and all. Before buying i called an executive from IFB to check if dishwasher will be successful at my place. He checked TDS n all and said that we can buy. After buying dishwahser i have logged many complaints for dishwasher not working properly. Now these guys say that TDS of water in my area is not good. Than they increased salt consumption and i had to pay more for salt which was coming out expensive for me. Than it worked fine for 5-6 months. Now its again creating problem from last 3-4 weeks. Its not cleaning the utensils. I have logged many complaints and IFB does not have any skilled people for this service. I want company to pay for the extra salt consumption and the harassment caused by bad service and non working of appliance. I don’t know how many times it will create problem in future. Compensation is not important some strict action to be taken is important. Regards, Inderjeet Kaur
