SnapDeal – Not refunding amount for a cancelled order

I ordered for a Studds Helmet from Snapdeal online shopping website on 09th , April 2014 ,order no. 1928719635 which was cancelled.Its cost was Rs.607 out of which I paid Rs.399 from my SD cash which was available in my Snapdeal shopping account due to the cancellation of another order .The remaining amount was to be paid on delivery. I have called the Customer Care several times but even after assurance from the representatives the amount has not yet been refunded . Moreover when on 13th May,2014 I called Snapdeal I was told that the amount can not be refunded and I will have to shop to use the amount .After a long argument the representative assured me for a call back from his senior within 4 business hours but 48 hours have passed and I have not received any phone call from the other side .

I want the refund in my bank account and compensation as well for the mental harassment that they caused . Kindly see into the matter.
