IFB – poor service problem still unsolved

-They have raised this complaint after calling multiple time. Previously raised complaints were closed without any visit or reason. – After raising the complaint it took 7-8 days for IFB person to visit and look at problem, that too after so many follow ups and reminder. – The person Mr. Srivastva (ph. 8512050777) visited late in night and he spent 5 mins on machine and said tub is not working – We asked him to change the tub and do the needful – It took 3 days for him to arrange a tub – He then again checked and said, drum not working – Surprised, why he didn’t check all in once. We asked him to arrange for drum – Again it took 3-4 days to arrange a drum. – He fixed the drum and made the machine working in front of us – He asked us to take AMC for further support and we did the same – After 30 mins of working, machine again stopped working. – Your person visited in night again and said PCB not working. – We again asked them to fix and doing a follow up – And now again your customer care (spoke to Ms. Prachi at no. 0120-2833214) and she is saying part not available and will take time and not giving any SLA – I then spoke to area executive Mr Bijay Das (ph. 9310301310) and again there was no commitment. Just Spoke to Mr. Bijoy Das and instead of helping us in this case. He is saying to cancel the AMC they have done – After this email complaint I got a call from no. 8323072500, and she told me IFB looking into issue – And now at 4:00 PM in evening, we got an SMS that problem is resolved?? I would like to comment, nothing is being done with respect to this complain no. 12486878. And our problem is still unreolseved. This is CHEATING with customer IFB.

I want them to fix it within AMC ASAP
