Micromax – handset has problem delay in replacement

I have ordered a Micromax Canvas Duet EG111 ( Order no. 940099125) on 24/02/14 against Rs.15749 from Haldia, as I was urgently needed it and HOMESHOP18 was supposed to deliver the item to Haldia within 7-8 working days as per their commitment on website. On 01/03/14 , afternoon at 3:30 pm I received my order and after opening it I found that the handset has problem in its call receiving speaker, on the same day I talked to customer care of Homeshop18 site and I decided to send the defective item to the address suggested by their customer care executive through sms in my mobile no for replacement of the same by a newer one . On the very next working day 03/03/13 I sent the mobile for replacement purpose to the seller’s address suggested by the site via First Flight Courier Service Ltd (Tracking no. E91400022525). As per courier service tracking details the item has been despatched to the seller by 04/03/14. From the same date I am in regular touch with their customer care executives but not getting any updates of the status of delivery of the replacement of the mobile. As because it was urgently needed to me I ordered it through online shopping network but having a bitter experience.

I want the mobile within this week or the money refund back to my account within the same timeline.
