Dear Sir, I have lodged a complaint on dated 24/04/2015 through telephone regarding problem of washing machine to IFB Industries Limited. He has given complain ticket no. 15397541 and assured that the service engineer call you within 24 hrs. and visit shortly but not contact by them neither visit.Again I have called 2 times on 30/04/15 to IFB service centre ( which is chargeable) but he told me that I am unable to re-lodged your complaint due to server down.

The problem of the washing machine need to be sorted out as soon as possible. As i am feeling helpless due to non co-operation IFB Service person & also IFB customer servoce.
