I have to transfer my LPG connection from HP to Indane. For same at Indande office (address mentioned above) are saying I must have to purchase any of the accessory from them. Same was confirmed from Indane helpline that nothing is compulsory to take. Thereafter complaint portal of Indane is also not filing complaint and disconnect the call as soon as my waiting number came to be talked with consumer support officer (Happened 3-4 times). Also provided area officer number Ahmedabad, but call was not received many times it was ringing.

I should be provided with regular 02 cyllinders with 01 regulator, which is mandatory to receive. Not any extra accessory.
