I had got many calls from their representatives for the facilities in job search and support from their part. I was assured that there will not be any kind of charge / fees except the amount Rs. 1685/- from them till I will be placed in any of their shortlisted companies for whom their services are meant for. As per them, this service will be valid till lifetime. The assurance was given me for 15 days to be placed. It is also confirmed that the services will commence immediately and the amount will be refunded to me in 48 hrs if no services are offered. As per their commitment, I had registered on 08-03-2014 by paying the amount of Rs. 1685/- online with my credit-card and the order ID- 17296. I had not received any service as committed by them except abuse by their representative. So I had requested them on 10.03.2014 by email to refund my fund as I paid. After that, I had placed 3 reminders for refund but no result so far.

I request you to arrange for refund of the amount Rs. 1685 at the earliest and take necessary action on this company for making fraud with the job seekers. The transaction receipt of the said amount and the grievance and reminder emails sent are enclosed herewith for your necessary action and oblige.
