My indane Gas consumer no. 01534 , MOUNT GAS ENTERPRISE ( herein for short dealer) dealer denied to provide gas cylinder, assulted, threatening, ‘dealer person says call any officer S.D.O, Magistrate or go any consumer courts i do not care’, Dear Sir, i complaint at indane gas, in the pursuance which a Area Officer reverted, but i do not satisfied from the Area Officer, Area officer, jodhpur, bias towards the dealer “Mount Gas Enterprise” i & my old age father have been humiliated by the dealer, sir i itself a lawyer but haven’t enrolled in BCI so far, dealer is contentiously harassing and enjoying monopoly over the indane gas dealership as a consequence, dealer do not care of any government of any statutory body, thereby i even registered a complaint at Police Station mount abu but action has been taken. dealer several time on differ different occasions defamed me at dealer’s office in front of various lacalites as well as dealers employees, even dealer does not validate my UID registered at dealer office, its an very serious issued which need to be solved with the urgency as over all my basic fundamental right have been voilated

sir i should be awared with compenssation of Rupees 50.000/- and sepreate strict acion must be taken against the dealer.
