I have booked one bus ticket through make my trip as the reference ticket attached, from jamshedpur to gaya on 3rd oct 2014,the service provided by diomond motor. On that day the bus got calcelled but there is no any telephonic call i have received about the cancellation when i reach at stop and call to the mobile number as mentioned in ticket, no one is pickuping my repetitive calls, after all i arrange the othe bus and reached our destination

I need to get my refund at earliest and also claiming my other bus fare that is Rs.240.00, and Rs.5000.00 penalty for the extreme difficulty that i have faced and non intimation about the cancellation. The total claim is Rs.220.00+240.00+5000.00=5460.00
