My mother C Sussela who is 62 year old has a Indane gas connection with consumer No as CX20596671. She was asked to shell out Rs.100/- without any receipt for issuing subscription voucher. She was charged Rs.2300/- for a total bill of Rs.2015/- on issue of DBC connection. Other consumers also have such complaints. I was witness to a such another case where in Rs.100/- was paid for issue of SV without receipt.

A total of Rs. 385/- additionally paid

to be refunded Rs.385/- and Mr. PS Sasidhasan and his clerical staff (two)to be warned.
