Shopclues.com – Delivered heavily damaged and not usable product

This product that I ordered through Shopclues.com was heavily damaged and not usable when delivered to me. I filed a return request with the company as per their return policy but they have not been able to resolve it. Every time I contact them through e-mail or phone they say they need 2-3 days but they never provide a proper answer as to the status of my request.

I want them to take their product back and refund my money i.e. Rs. 6500 and the accumulated interest due to the delay in the refund
