The Indane gas lpg cylinder that was supplied on dtd 2.12.2014 put in use on 14.12.14. On dtd 5.1.15 it was stopped serving. On taking measurement it was found that approx. 4kg of water sediment in the cylinder.

On taking measurement it was found that approx. 4kg of water sediment in the cylinder. The same was also ensured by the distributor by taking weight with their own scale. But, they denied to lodge any complaint. On demanding COMPLAINT REGISTER they talked in very insulting manner. Even he also made me offered to take some money from the hawker Mr. Ashish. It was also observed that different persons (hawker) are distributing cylinders but they are forging signature as Ashish (The same may be verified by attachment). It is also observed that the management at the distributor level is involved in lpg scandal.
