Sony Xperia Z – Manufacturing Defect No Service

Dear Sir, I have purchased a mobile(Sony Xperia Z) from one of the retailer named “Nigam International” in Cuttack.while using it for one to 3 months, I noticed a manufacturing defect with proximity sensor in my cell phone. Immediately, I delivered it to the nearby service center on 21st of November 2014. Till today I have not received my replaced serviced set and while mailing company about the issues,they are telling that the cellphone you have purchased cannot be serviced nor repaired. By our continuous effort through mails, we have warned them also that this matter will be reported to Consumer Harassment forum for their fraudulent service and product delivery,but no reply from their side. we are providing you the following details.
