Respected sir/Madam,

I received a message from Airtel during last week that the (gas cylinder) subsidy of Rs.148.91 is credited to account no.9989940945 against bill no.3000041635 dt.10/6/2017 for the gas cylinder supplied on 13/6/2017. On 16/6/2017 I received another message from AIR BANK thatRs.0.97 credited in in a/c towards cash withdrawal/bank transfer charge for the Gov. subsidy received.TXN id 936674699 dt.16/6/2017 balance is 150.6.

Again I am receiving messages fromARWAPB again and again that digital forrn 60 is not updated for airtel payments bank a/c no.9989940945 and advising to visit banking point.

In this connection I wish to submit that I DONOT HAVE ANY ACCOUNT WITH AIR BANK and the purported account number is not my account number. It is only my mobile number. As per the advise, I visited your Airtel store at Malkajgiri Hyderabad-500047 and they are helpless and they could not give any solution to return my wrongly credited govt. gas subsidy amount.

I request you to kindly arrange to credit the gas subsidy amount to my aadhaar linked bank account i.e Axis Bank Malkajgir branch Hyderabad given to gas distributor, OR to give me a solution as to what I have to do to get back my gas subsidy amount.
