With respect, it is stated that I had purchased a mobile of Lenovo K6 Note from Jabalpur(M.P.) on dated 07.05.2017 but above mentioned subject problem has been produced within 15-20 days.I consult your service centre Anika Enterprise,Napier Town,Jabalpur(M.P.) and I submit my mobile as per advice of service center and said that I will return within 7 to 10 days after change of bad parts as per complain no. SOIN0630351706070007 dated 07.06.2017. But My mobile has not been corrected so far and not attained on Phone any staff. May please check the matter and correct this, otherwise give permission to change this mobile because I have to give to my wards for study in Chennai.I always greatfull for this. Thanking You.
