I would like you inform that here Indane gas agency services are very poor . agency does not pick up call for booking cylinder and I have no other option for booking of refill. Even if I book refill through online’ ivrs etc does not take have any effect upon agency for booking refill of consumer. Agency are not delivers refill at home. I booked my refill through ivrs dt: 05/06/2015 having booking no. 2000199 still I have not receive refill. Today I call to agency for delivering my refill but agency denial to give refill and told me that booking of 2 refill ‘ minimum 30 days mandatory and cut the call . agency representative communication are very very bad.

I want that my refill book at time and delivered within normal norms of services.please do needful and oblige us
