I had raised a complaint 10005895870 for Non delivery of acknowledgement card of registered post but the postal department simply closed it by stating that it was delivered on 24/09/14 which is blatant lie and this is not the first instance such activity has happened, hope the officials at Chennai will look into this issue and at least see to it that its not repeated again.

The rights of the consumer are blatantly violated by the central government department of posts.
