I had sent a package on 29-10-2014 through Speed Post vide shipment number ED404835655IN which was booked at Sansad Marg, H.O., New Delhi to be sent to Lucknow. I had paid Rs 45/- for the Speed Post (listed under the ‘Premium Product’ of the India Post). The delivery norm as per the Indian Post for Lucknow is 2-3 days but the package didn’t reach in 2-3 days. The package contained documents for a certain competition, the last date of submission for which was 31-102014.

Since I am a student and aspiring for a career in academics, this competition was an opportunity for me to not just participate in a national level event, but also to participate in an intellectual seminar. I want to be compensated for the opportunity cost to my career.
