my mobile number is 8080105xxx. i am using this number from last 5 years. from last 1 month network of my sim is very low. i was complaint to customer care for the same. i am recharge my number with 177 every month for data service. its a 3G pack but in 24 hrs in a day 3G network works only 4-5 hours. its always works like 2G. even many time network show as 3G but didn’t work. i cant even download any thing. and in last 1 year i think 7-8 times my all balance deducted due to access data uses but when i check it by dialing *111*1*3# its always show “your data balance is 200-225 MB” when i complain for that they refund my money after 2 days. my question is how can they are deduct money from my account even i have data balance. every time i call them and complain for the same. i am very harassed from reliance. behavior of customer care executive is like they are doing “EHSAN” on me by refunding. very bad experience. now its on TOP level.
i want compensation from reliance for harassing me and disturbing my work. if its happen 1-2 times it will be ok or by mistake but it happen in every alternate months and it shows that they are cheating customers.
