I have subscribed for 1 year subscription for India today magazine, the service provided is very very poor. A number of times the magazine comes all torn out without proper packaging. latterly, i have stopped getting the weekly magazine and i have lodged complaints also a number of time and every time i get mail from customer care about timely response and service from next time, but again this week i have not got my magazine for the week.

I want my money back as i have started this service in Feb-2014 only.
