Reference: Booking of flat in IndiaBulls Greens Panvel Flat No 37B2-1402. Since the project could not start on stipulated time frame builder gave the option to exit from the project. As per the builder requirement I have completed all documentation on 18 Dec 14. I have been communicated that the refund will be processed within 45 days but till time after completion of approximately 3 months also refund is not processed. please help me out to get my money back earliest possible. I am attaching the details of all communication for your kind reference.

This waiting period is interest free period for customers. It means builder is not paying any interest for the delay happening from his side. He is earning interest on our hard earned money and we are loosing our depreciating capital. I want my payment earliest possible along with the interest at the rate of 14% for the duration of delay happened from builder end.
