SBI ATM Dispensed Lesser Cash

I am to inform you that I used my ATM DEBIT CARD BEARING NO:-6220180 285560 2XX65855 issued under the Bank A/C NO: -3181XXX9893 OF SBI MASHILA HOWRAH, at SBI ATM Vendor machine (S10F0000091018) of Andul Bus Stand to withdraw Rs.10000/-(Rs. TEN THOUSAND ONLY) vide TXN NO:-8288 on 29/03/2014 at 08.28 AM. But the SBI ATM machine gave me simply Rs. 7500/-(Rs. SEVEN THOUSAND & FIVE HUNDRED ONLY) of the following denomination of 500/-x14 nos.+100/-x5 nos. only. But the massage sent in my Mobile Phone (9433527994),which is supported by the Mini Statement from the same ATM Vendor machine and the Bank Statement in the Passbook shows the available balance of fund after deduction of Rs.10000/- (Rs. TEN THOUSAND ONLY).

Again, In the same very day I used the same ATM Card at the same machine vide TXN NO:-8289 at 8.30 AM. To withdraw Rs.5000/-(Rs. FIVE THOUSAND ONLY) But ATM Vendor machine gave me nothing, but again the all same type statements demonstrated that the amount of Rs.5000/- (Rs. FIVE THOUSAND ONLY) has been withdrawn. All the above mentioned statement was acknowledged immediately to the private ATM Guard and was entered in customer complaint book which was kept under the custody of the security guard-on-duty of the ATM no S10F0000091018on 29.03.2014 (photo copy of the page of the complaint book with the signature of the guard is attached herewith) and it was also informed in writing to you on 30.03.2014 along with original copies of all ATM slips of the all transactions which was also acknowledged by your department through massage sent by BX-SBIPSG on 31.03.2014 at 07.32 PM as complaint no:-855611858370. subsequently ,after passing few days of that your department has informed me through my Mobile Phone (9433527994) by message sent by DT-CBSSBI ON 05/04/2014 AT 03:17 PM which shows ‘your AC xxxxx069893 Credited INR 5,000.00 on 05/04/14 –DEP TFR Avl Bal INR 31814.00. Again after passing few days of that your department has again informed me through my Mobile Phone (9433527994)on 23/04/2014 that the complaint has been attended to and closed after taking resolution as : Dear Sir/Madam Your complaint AT855611858407 has been attended to and closed after resolution. Sent byBX-SBIPSG on 23.04.2014 at 05.18 PM. Now from the all messages sent by your department and from the up-to-date passbook statement it is proved that the only Rs. 5000/- has been adjusted being credited in my account but the short fall amount of Rs.2500/- has not been adjusted yet. But your department has closed the chapter after taking ex-parte resolution with out proper investigation and has made me financial looser. Now, you are requested to take immediate and urgent steps to return back my hard earned (by Salary) deposit (Rs.2500/-) with interest which has been swallowed by the faulty ATM vendor machine and heartless management. I hope you will take pain to solve the problem.
