The worst part is that they have not delivered what we ordered for. Even no order confirmation e-mail, whereas their website says they’ll send a confirmation e-mail for the order, except the additional payment mail for Eggless preparation, After asking repeated call and asking for eggless cake. I was so disappointed with the service and very much embraced to face my friend and even call him, as it looks like I have been promoting some political party on his son’s birthday. I live in Dubai and I have been calling customer care almost 3-4 call per day with weird response and keeping me on hold for hours and even and send repeated reminder ask for the explanation on the same!
