Hi All..This is regarding an e-commerce firm called IndiaCakes.I placed an order no. IND#82900 which was to be delivered on 31st of December..But all they did was delivered it on 1st of January after harassing me for more than 7-8 hours..After all this they delivered the wrong parcel.

The item was purchased for INR 1350 but the item delivered was of poor quality and not of the price that was paid.Also I was harassed fro 8 hours as I called more than 10 times

Total money back and also additional INR 10,000 for harassment.
