A cake was ordered from website www. indiaflowe rgiftshop. com which was to be delivered on 11/02/2015(Track ID- 2QCtbV). Nothing has been delivered till now .I have complained to them through telephonic conversation three times till now.now they are not receiving my calls too.There is no address mentioned on their website.

The cake ordered was of Rs 1749.Apart from that many calls and lot of mental stress has been there. I want the refund and some action so that it may not repeat same in future with others.
